Incredible customer service! I was bought a moisturiser no suitable for my skin, and they gave me fantastic advice about which other product to pick, and swapped it incredibly quickly. Couldn't be happier!
Beautiful soaps and room spray. I’ve recently made the switch and the result is definitely worth the price. Very unique and premium fragrance ????
Absolute superb products & customer service. I have always been a fan of Aesop ‘human’ products, and after trying many shampoos for my dog that’s didn’t irritate his skin plus smelt amazing, Aesop’s Animal Shampoo is AMAZING & a little goes a long way. I recently experienced an issue with the packaging of my purchase & within 2hrs of contacting Aesop, Claire had fully resolved the issue, more so than expected. I couldn’t be more impressed.
Had live chat with Sarah, on a lid issue on the hand cream. Couldn’t have been more helpful, wonderful customer care, the measure of any too business. Beautiful products too!
Brilliant customer service. We ordered a product, tried it. It didn't suit and Aesop not only exchanged it but went to the trouble of giving us detailed information on alternatives for different skin types. Products are also amazing.
Their products are just the best! Shampoos are excellent, and I also love their hand care products, including their rinse-free hand wash.
